Barely 2 months after the Owo attack, Ondo State Police Command has said there was a shooting at the Craneburg Construction Company in Owo, Ondo State, on Wednesday evening.
The police made this known in a tweet via its official Twitter account shortly after citizens raised concerns over a renewed attack in the town.
According to the public relations officer of the police command, Funmi Odunlami confirmed that three persons were injured during a shootout in the town adding that, she could not confirm if the attackers were terrorists or bandits.
However, she said the investigation is ongoing and urged residents not to panic adding that, the victims have been taken to Hospital and are in stable condition.
